Website Marketing Give Away

Hi all,

I have recently stared my AdWords campaign for my new website to help generate additional wholesaling leads. I have received one so far (a vacant house that might actually be an alright deal!) how ever a friend of mine says that free giveaways drastically increases CTR.

Of course my sit offers a FREE No-Obligation assessment, but I have heard various podcasts (like Sean Terry's) that say there website offer free "reports". I wanted to see what people here offer to the sellers on thier website. Does anyone use anything that they found found to be effective?
