Hey folks - I'm just wondering if anyone is using the radio for marketing to motivated sellers?

I just heard a commercial on my local station that was a testimonial from some guy claiming that he gets far more business from radio advertising than any other form.

Anybody do this? I wonder if it's worth trying out! Thoughts?
