What's the best small to medium landlord manangement platform?

I am about to list my first property for rent and trying to figure out what's the best platform to use for screening and managing?  I've heard about Rentredi, has anyone used it and could provide any feedback. Would appreciate any advise.

I’m still below 10 doors myself so i consider myself small… but I personally love the Zillow Rental Manager App. I’ve found that each property I have is going to get a lot of applicants and I don’t have to feel bad using Zillow when I have to reject 4/5 because after all you can only keep one. It provides you a basic credit check, background check, and a place for pay stubs.
