Access code upon request?

Hi all, does anyone have a system in place to give access to technicians to their properties when needed, instead of giving them a bunch of access codes at the same time? Especially for night time emergencies where we would not be able to send them the code ourselves, we still want them to access the buildings when there are emergencies. Giving out all the codes at once for when emergencies happen doesn't seem safe as they can be misplaced accidentally. Not sure if anyone has a system in place for this kind of situation.
