Post: Access code upon request?

Hi all, does anyone have a system in place to give access to technicians to their properties when needed, instead of giving them a bunch of access codes at the same time? Especially for night time emergencies where we would not be able to send them the code ourselves, we still want them to access the buildings when there are emergencies. Giving out all the codes at once for when emergencies happen doesn't seem safe as they can be misplaced accidentally. Not sure if anyone has a system in place for this kind of situation. Thank you in advance!

Hi all, as an investor and property manager I have seen myself finding no available contractors for specific jobs. Either because of high demand and low availability or because the job is too small. I'm interested in hearing about what resources you have used when you have seen yourself in this situation, if you ever have. At the moment we are implementing a training program for young candidates motivated to learn new skills and also setting up a system to even fly out of state contractors to our city for larger projects.
