Looking for PM's, Real Estate Agents, and Lenders in the Cleveland, Ohio Market

I am a new investor and I am in the early phases of putting a team together to break into the Cleveland, Ohio Market.

I would really appreciate it if you could please post or DM those PM's/Real Estate Agents/Lenders you would recommend (and also those to avoid).

I know PM's could make or break your business, so that would be the priority; I would however like to get contacts for Real Estate Agents and Lenders as well.

I would also appreciate if you could share your experiences, knowledge (areas to invest; areas to avoid), general tips etc.

@Sainath Muntha the reason a PMC can make or break your business is because while most PMCs offer the same services, how they execute those services varies greatly.

Don't shop on price as you'll get exactly what you pay for when you go cheap.
