Moving Cash Paying Tenants to Software
Hey everyone! I am currently going through the process of purchasing a 9-unit multifamily property. I found out from the seller that 2 of the units pay through cash app, 2 are on Section 8, and the rest they pick up in cash. I currently use RendRedi for my single family rental I have. Are there any challenges or reasons why some of these tenants wont be able to pay through the software that I am not aware of? Thanks for the help!
