how much should I pay to a realtor for bringing a candidate
I've rent my property about three times now. I do the property management myself but all three years I used a realtor to find the tenant for me and I paid him 1 month of rent for the service. This will be the first time I will be looking for a tenant myself.
I want to know how much commission I should pay to a realtor that brings me a tenant?

@Pablo Lozada hopefully you did NOT pay the agent directly in the past!
You are supposed to pay their broker.
If there are two brokers involved - 1 representing you, the other the tenant, then the commission is split.
If you want to try to entice agents to bring you tenants, then the minimum (based on your previous payouts) would probably be 50% of one month of rent.
Not sure how you are going to get your property in front of agents?
