This leasing agent will list apartments using Rent Manager and Tenant Turner, field inquiries, arrange self guided tours using electronic lock boxes, execute leases, coordinate move in payments, and hand off the tenant to the property manager after move in. This job can be performed from the comfort of your home and is 100% remote. You need a computer and a smart phone, and the ability to stay very organized if you want to be successful with this job.
