Canadian housing prices climb 9.6% year over year
And the train that is Canada's housing market careens along in the vortex of Toronto and Vancouver. Average house price up 9.6% to $453,560.00 from June 2014.
But there was no corresponding rise in family income. Our place in the top-5 countries where housing is least affordable seems assured for another year.
