Insurance premiums: huge increase for multi-familiy in NB

I just received a renewal notice for insurance on one of our properties, a 22 unit MF in New Brunswick.  The premium for the building portion of the policy has gone up by 50% over last year without increasing the valuation of the building.  Is anyone else seeing this? Any recommendations on brokers that handle MF in Atlantic Canada?

Reach out to A.P. Reid (Nicole Morgan) and compare policy/rates ... they have a specific program for landlords.
