Are there markets that are still cash flow positive w high rates

Hi all,

Looking to do a turnkey investment.

Which markets are still offering cash flow positive deals with the extremely high interest rates we have now? Any pointers will be appreciated

Still buying properties in Columbus OH and yes they have to cash flow. Like anything you have to get creative, for example we're trying to run things with a lower LTV and we're going commercial. Commercial seems to have some lag on rate hikes compared to secondary market
