Post: T&H Realty for Buyer brokerage service

Hello all - I am an out of state investor, and am exploring investing in SFH or small MFH (duplex/triplex/quadplex) in the Indy market. Found T&H realty services to be pretty interesting as they provide both buyer brokerage service (to help me find deals) as well as do property management i.e. they are not full turnkey provider necessarily, but reduces some of the hassle for me I guess as an out of state investor.
Anyone used their broker service? Can't find any reviews online on that. Though they seem to have great reviews on their property management side of things. Would you recommend their realtor team for the buying process or should I look elsewhere? Any other recommendations? Thanks a lot!!

Hi all,
Looking to do a turnkey investment.
Which markets are still offering cash flow positive deals with the extremely high interest rates we have now? Any pointers will be appreciated

Hi all,
I am looking for out of state investment opportunities in certain states (e.g., texas, florida, NC) and came across Mynd through biggerpockets youtube videos. Upon talking with them, I realized that they provide services for both buying a rental property as well as then managing that eventually i.e. property mgmt.
Anyone used them for such end to end services? Any feedback will be highly appreciated. Thanks!
Post: How to pick a market in 2022 for rental investment?

Hi all, happy new year!
I am just getting started in the rental property investments strategy. Have been doing a lot of podcast listening/youtube videos etc. Needless to say, pretty confused on which market to choose for rental investment. I live in California (SF bay area) and not inclined towards the local market due to high prices and laws not being landlord friendly. Hence, will most probably start my journey as an out of state investor.
Any pointers on how can I go about choosing '1' market to start investing in? A bit overwhelmed with the deluge of information available online.
Thanks for any pointers! Also, if there is a similar thread, please point me to that. Thanks!
