First investing property accepted and inspection passed
To my BP family
Two days ago I put an offer on my first investment property. Offer accepted and today I had a home inspection; passed. I must say after spending hours (sometime 10 hrs 3-4 days a week for 2 months) of BP podcast, I finally got the confidence to take action. Thank you to all of you who have guided me through advice and answered my questions. I know this is just the beginning.
