Have a potential deal I'm looking at and want to know if it is sound.

2 unit duplex

Top is rented at $800

Bottom is vacant and goes for $950

$1750 total a month

House is almost turnkey

Purchase price of $130,000

@Seth Harvell The initial numbers make sense.

But it depends on what the expenses are and what the initial cost is to make it turnkey.
