I noticed on Indeed (5/21/2014) that Waypoint Homes from Oakland, Ca is or has moved into the Denver, Co Real Estate market. Is anyone familiar with them and if so, what do you have to say about their mode of operation etc?

They are joining forces with Starwood Trust in an IPO for a REIT. Big RE rental operation in the Bay.. Bought tons of houses during the crisis.. Here's some more info..
