Birddogg App

Has anyone used this app?  They seem to be marketing heavily but I've never heard of them until now.  I'm a rehabber always looking for properties to purchase.  If not this one... any suggestions for lead gen?

I'm trying to get it. So users pay for leads... but the "birddogg"s  are not paid? Still trying to get it... users still need to get bird dogs. Not sure I see the value.

I know Tucker Merrihew has a driving for dollars app to build custom lists, where either you or someone you hire drives and builds the list.  I have it, but haven't utilized it quite yet as they were working out some bugs in it.  Could be a cool thing, and Tucker has the reputation of having integrity with what he puts out.

@tucker merrihee. I downloaded app driving for dollars app. But couldn't get by the password. I'd really love to test it out. I heard about it on @dannyjohnson podcast.
