I am a wholesaler in Northwest Florida. And I'm here to tell you,Maybe it works maybe it doesn't but here's the down-and-dirty about it. You have to get out and hustle. No one is going to give it to you. All these sites that say that they're going to provide you motivated Sellers and they're going to bring you cash buyers are going to do all this stuff for you they are there for themselves. That's how they make money. If you're not out hustling if you're not out marketing and if you're not out meeting and greeting you are not going to do any business. That's just the cold hard facts about it
