Looking for property management recommendations in Ephrata, PA
My sister owns a really nice three bed two bath in semi detached home in Ephrata Pennsylvania. Her tenant is leaving this month after struggling to pay the rent and been late repeatedly.
He had over $500 in accumulated late fees. Of witch her property manager had instructed her not to try to collect the late fees because she was afraid the tenant would leave.
Now the tenant is leaving and she is looking for a new tenant and I think she should probably be looking at other options for Managment as well.
Does anybody know the area and have any advice or recommendations?
