Hi Guys,

I am thinking about working with Mainstay Property Group out in Indy. Anybody used them? How on time were they with renovations? How accurate were their ARV, rehab costs, and time management?

I think you may have seen my previous post, but if not then I'll also reply here.

As far as ARV, they were pretty much right on. I had comps run by a realtor who also backed their numbers up on that. So I would give them an A.

Rehab Costs- we ended up spending about 30K MORE than what they estimated. AND we had to repair all the shoddy work that their construction team did. - F

Time Management- they said it would take 6 weeks. It took about 6 months. F
