It is a ripoff. Took my money, didn't honor the 30 day guarantee when I tried to get a refund. Zero communication and service. Signed up in September and I can't get them to respond.

Well that kind of what I thought I would hear but was hoping for the opposite responds, so in the 30 days how many Estate Sale leads did they send. and were you a Gold $1200 a yr, Platinum $2500 a yr  or Preferred plan $3500 and were you an Investor a Realtor or Both? and how many zip codes or Counties did you do?
