I'm trying to help out my agent that is selling my 4/2.5/2 in a nice neighborhood in Austin, TX (for $639k) I'm looking for optimal keywords, demographics, etc. to use for the ad. Any thoughts? Appreciate it!

Not sure Facebook ads will really help sell an on market home. First advertising on Facebook for housing is very peculiar and not sure it will give you bang for your buck
