Hi BP Team,

I realize there have been many posts about the HUD decreasing MI factors today and it's finally about time we're getting some good news! But I have yet to see anyone share the matrix so if you're interested in seeing what this all means I've attached a copy of the new HUD MI factor matrix. House hacking just got a hell of a lot more fun, especially for those 3-4 family self-sufficiency tests! LOL - Good luck.
