Data and tends in ABQ and SF

I recently got back into real estate investing (purchased a duplex). Due to market uncertainty, I’ve been looking for data on the Santa Fe and Albuquerque markets but haven’t found much info.   Do you have suggestions where to find info such as:

- Market rents for 2 and 3 bedroom dwellings

Price per sq foot for dwellings with: 2bed 1bath, 3bed 2bath, and for 4bed 2bath.
