Rental History Tool - Help?

Hello All, 

I'm a rookie and working on analyzing my first deal.  I'm wondering what tools are out there that will show me the rental history for a specific property?  For example, I found an interesting duplex in a great neighborhood with positive rental trends.  However, I want to see the rental history for this specific property.

Are there any free tools out there that can give me this information?  If not, any paid tools that the pros out there are using?  Any direction is much appreciated.

you can either get a CMA from an agent

or if the property is listed you can ask for rent roll / copies of the leases
