For agents in the Denver market, how are your investor clients approaching this current environment?

Are they holding, buying, selling… or just waiting things out?

Always curious to hear what you're seeing on the ground from your side of the industry. Let’s swap notes—what trends or challenges are you noticing with investor activity lately?

I work mostly with short-term rental investors in Denver, Colorado Springs and the mountains, so a different world than traditional LTR.

I see people being cautious with their purchase. They're either buying something really unique that can still cash flow well, or they are second-home buyers looking to have their slice of Colorado heaven and offset their mortgage anyway they can -- STRs on Airbnb and VRBO, while not as good as past years, are still one of the better ways to do that.

I do have a few STR clients who are looking to sell because the numbers have slowed or they've tired of the game, but most are just holding tight.
