First House hack

Hello everyone:

I am located in Las Vegas and looking to acquire a property to house hack this Spring.  I am screening currently for lenders and agents to assist in this process.  If anyone has experience in the area as an investor and can recommend people with experience working with investors please send me your referral.  Additionally if anyone knows of any upcoming meetups I am looking to do general networking in the area as well.  Thanks for your time

House hacking is a great way to get started and massively scale. I would recommend @Grant Schroeder, he's helped a lot of investors in NV and a lot of my clients in OR get into their first house hack. We played football together and he started off with a house hack right out of college and has built a good portfolio that way so he knows how to run the numbers you are needing.
