@John Carlson Connect with @Jeff White. He's the poster child for a successful house hacker in Denver. He's got an amazing portfolio. He got his license a few ago too.

I did a webinar with him a few weeks ago discussing his portfolio and reviewing numbers. He bared all the numbers.
