Longtime since in that area. Probably got the name wrong.  Captains Galley near Milford. Their mountain of seafood meal for 4.

1.  Start investing at your level.   Assess how much cash or collateral assets you have at 65% of value.
2.  What is your lifestyle?

3.  Do about 5 deal analysis and post them here and ask people to assess.   Not ready to invest

4.   Start building your team.  Keep asking for recommendations

5.. Learn zoning.
6.  Learn tools and actions.  Insurance, finance, permitting, property evaluation, buying selling process.

7.  Decide on a deal.  Do a failure assessment.  Then jump in.
8.  Join a real estate group.

9.  If you know nothing about housing join Habitat for Humanity and do several projects.  Doing different trades.
