House Hacking in Palmdale/Lancaster CA
Hi Everyone,
I currently live in LA working at an accounting firm and looking to buy my first property to house hack. I'm considering both Palmdale or Lancaster as homes are relatively more affordable. I wanted to get a sense of how strong the rental market is for spare bedrooms in this area and if anyone has had any experience house hacking in this area. Any tips/advice is appreciated.
