FHA Loan and Airbnb

Hi! I’m having trouble finding tenants to do house hacking for the past three months and I want cash flow already. 
 

I was wondering if I should list my property in Airbnb but only accept guests staying 30+ days. Only issue is that I have an FHA Loan 30 Yr fixed mortgage so there are rental restrictions. Please let me know the best thing for me. TIA!
