House Hacking in Manor Texas - Need Advice

Hey folks,

Looking for advice on a property I found on a new build in Manor with a 4.5 interest rate based on a new build incentive with a builder. Only getting this on an FHA though so there's a bit of a catch. Home price is 330k 4 bed 2.5 bath townhouse. On top of the 4.5 interest rate the new builder is also covering closing costs and including appliances. All in my downpayment + closing cost is 18k.

Mortgage all in is $2500 including the property taxes ($500 a month). I am planning to live in the master bedroom and rent the other rooms. To cover my mortgage. Rentals look like they can range between 750 and 900.

Wondering if finding renters in Manor will be difficult. & if this a good location to do this? Would appreciate any advice!

@Omer Hassan I don't think you'll have any trouble finding tenants in Manor. It's close to downtown, close to ton of employers and also has plenty of the necessary amenities. People like living close to what they need to be close to on a daily basis and Manor has a lot of that.
