Mid-Term Arbitrage strategy does it work?

Hi everyone!

I'm really eager to jump right into the mid-term space, however if I go the traditional route of purchasing property/renovating/setting it up, it could take a long time (I'm not US based).

Is it crazy to think about arbitrage for this strategy? has anyone been successfully doing it? is it possible to cashflow $500-1K a month with this strategy?

Thanks

There are plenty of posts on here about arbitraging rentals. It is frowned upon especially when the existing landlord does not allow it.
