MTR - Maricopa, Arizona
Anyone having luck with MTRs in Maricopa, Az? That city is growing, wonder what kind of tenants MTR would bring.

Have you checked Furnished Finder to assess the demand? If not, the stats page is a great way to look into the supply and demand in the area

@Jamie Banks I have, what are good numbers to indicate demand? What are good indicators of low supply high demands?

I would take the total demand numbers and compare them to the total supply numbers to understand the balance. Look into the number of units currently vacant and/or coming up vacant soon. It's hard to give an absolute number because it'll vary depending on the size of the market.

Would also check Airbnb/VRBO for 30+ day stays to see what's out there!

@Johnson Best You can check out the Traveler Search page to find specific stats: https://www.furnishedfinder.com/housing/New-York/New-York
Also, I recommend checking Airbnb/VRBO for 30+ day stays in your area
