Mid Term rental cleanings

Marc Shin
Posted

Hello,

For MTR's, if you do bi-weekly cleanings of the property during the guest stay, do you do that for free or do you charge the guest for those cleanings?   And if you're charging the guests, how are you collecting the payments for those bi-weekly cleanings?  TIA.

Quote from @Christian Maluo:

I don't offer cleaning during their stay. And do you mean bi-monthly? Isn't bi weekly twice a week? That is a clean house!

The crazy thing about English is that no two people agree on what everything means all the time. In this case, biweekly is every two weeks (as in every other week). There are 26 biweekly periods in a year, and bimonthly (as in every other month) occurs 6 times per year.
