Wholesaling on market properties.

I'm trying to find the most elite investors in Indianapolis for these 2 projects I have under-contract. One is a pop-top and one is a tear down. If anybody has any investor agents in the area that you can connect me with. I'm really just looking for more insights from someone active in the area.

Elite investors want elite prices.

I don't know if this is your situation or not, but this is a common mistake wholesalers make. The more experience a person has the less likely you will be doing business with them. Wholesalers want to find someone that's done 100 deals and think that's a good buyer for them. It's not. If someone has done a ton of deals they have no need for you, they already have their established lead sources and you're late to the party.

If you sell someone their first property, or sell someone who can't find a property on their own, that's where you could add value.
