Best list and strategy working for you right now?

Hey, I have been dabbling in wholesaling for a couple years periodically and i am thinking about getting back in. I tried using bachleads and the sms doing some cold calls ect. no luck. Does anyone have some tips on what list to pull right now and what strategies to implement. Would possibly be willing to do some phone calls for someone that is established to learn what works.
