Hey, I have been dabbling in wholesaling for a couple years periodically and i am thinking about getting back in. I tried using bachleads and the sms doing some cold calls ect. no luck. Does anyone have some tips on what list to pull right now and what strategies to implement. Would possibly be willing to do some phone calls for someone that is established to learn what works.

Hey, I'm looking at buying my first STR and im just wondering if anyone can corroborate the accurateness of Airdna. Also what are some other good ways to estimate that you like to use?

@Jon Puente would getting 3 quotes require three credit checks or should they be able to provide without?

@Jay Hurst  Thank you. I do believe this is what the lender was trying to explain to me was the issue. So if my understanding is correct, no one can qualify for a 10% down secondary home loan with a 700 credit score at the moment?
