1st property under contract
I have my first property under contract. This lead came from the MLS, properties that were over 90 days and fixer-uppers. I will personally go look at the property tomorrow morning, and get pictures and a video of the property. Currently there is no electricity or running water so this is going to be fun. It was sort of hard to comp the property and get a dollar amount on square footage for my ARV. Is there someone that would take the time to review my deal with me?
