We’re Actively Buying Sober Houses Across New England
My team and I buy and develop sober living homes across New England, and we have a growing list of investors who are eager to purchase stabilized sober houses. We’re especially interested in larger single-family or multifamily homes that might not fit the typical fix-and-flip buyer profile. These are the kinds of properties that make great sober homes once renovated and leased to qualified operators.
If you come across anything that looks like a fit (large homes, former group homes, older multifamilies, or anything with potential for shared living), I'm wondering what you guys actually do with them? Are there other people actively buying these types of assets?
