Hello Everybody,

Hope everybody had a wonderful 4th of July with family or friends! I just moved back to Orlando, FL from Pittsburgh and very excited about getting back to investing full time! I'm getting ready to start yellow letters in Orlando now and wanted to know what areas are investors interested in. 

Also any suggestions for title companies in the area and GC's.

Hey @Shakir Ansari if you have limited resources you can go on Zillow.com and see recent sales in the area or you could make contact with a local realtor and ask them for a list of recent cash sales.
