Identifying the best wholesaling market in my area?
Hey guys I am becoming increasingly interested in the topic of wholesaling. I think it will be my way into real estate, something I have always wanted to pursue. Does anyone have any advice on actually identifying the best market/neighborhoods/areas around me to focus my wholesaling efforts? Thanks!
