Wholesale Leads

Looking for input from experienced wholesalers. If you had to pick, what would be your best lead source (probate, divorce, absentee owners etc).

And what is the best strategy to marketing to these leads.

I'm new to wholesaling (real estate in general) and looking to learn the ropes. Thanks in advance.

I'd say absentee owners and direct mail, but if you're in California, that dog has too many fleas these days.
