In Need of Expert Advice
I am a newbie investor seeking my first deal and I'm wondering if I found it. My mother is thinking about selling her house, it's in an older established family oriented neighborhood that's been getting a lot of home makeovers. Its close to a new major rail and major freeways. It needs work done on it but has lots of potential. The thing is, she has fallen behind payments for like 6 months due to surgery. I was wondering if I could take the lead and wholesale it to gain that experience I need?
