Hi,  I'm interested in Wholesaling, can anyone give me tips on how to get started, where to go?  What are the steps to be taken?  Also, does one need to make an offer to purchase the subject property?  What if the investor who's approached to accept the assignment of the property isn't interested, will I be stuck with the property?  Appreciate any comments.  Thanks.  Richard
