Benefits of a title company?

What are the benefits of a title company in regards to getting leads? can they provide you with accurate leads? per say.. tax delinquent? i do believe they also provide absentee owner as well. i just wanted to know if the information given to me if i were to have that opportunity, would it be worth it? and would it be something they would charge me for?
