Ive heard a lot about Whole selling and know the bassic principal behind it.

Someone other than me finds a good deal, gets it under contract then sells the deal to me with a finders fee attached.

My question is, Where do I look at houses that wholesalers have under contract?

Is there a web site or meetings...?

Anything helps! 😀

Hello All,

I am a wholesaler (as well as a few other things) in Atlanta and Florida. I've been well educated and coached; and am not the "typical" (I'm trying to take you to the bank) wholesaler. I realize this industry is all about relationships. Its just like any other sales position...if you're good at what you do, people will tell others! If you're bad at what you do, people will tell others! "You can make 'a sale', or you can make 'a customer'. If you make a sale by deceitful tactics...that's 1 sale...maybe...but if you make a customer with practices of integrity, then you have repeat business, as well as (word of mouth) advertising.

Am I drumming for business and/or tooting my own horn??? Absolutely, I am! I'm truly proud of how I do business, and the relationships I'm building. If either of you would like to take a look at my inventory(Atlanta, GA and Jacksonville, FL metros) just let me know; and hopefully we can build relationships and do good business together.
