Hi,

While doing wholesaling on an REO property and doing double closing from A to B and then from B to C, is it "legal" and possible to do B to C closing first and then use that money to close A to B transaction?

In Ohio, at least, what you're describing would get the title company a hefty fine.  This is the kind of stuff that people were doing "back in the good old days" of 2000-2006.  Both buyers (B and C) have to bring their own money to closing.  B can't use C's money to close his deal 2nd.  B doesn't have anything to sell to C until B pays for it first.

Get transactional funding.
