Not to take anything away from BP. I love this site, love the podcasts and have learned a lot about wholesaling thanks to everyone here. So my question is simple.
Has any wholesaler used their foreclosure.com site to find homes well below market value? Is it worth it? I see with them I can find all types of homes, HUD, foreclosure, tax leins, etc
