Flip2freedom 2017 success?

I've been wholesaling for a few years but only have a few deals under my belt as I have been concentrating primarily on my realtor business.  I am looking to get into Wholesaler now and I was checking out the Podcasts from Sean Terri and Flip2freedom.  The program seems to offer a lot especially the higher-priced program but in looking at the testimonials and checking out the dates they are all from between 2008 and 2012 or 13 when the market was bad. I have not seen an updated testimonial on the site. Is anybody using this program currently with success? I was interested in it because of the added bonuses of selling to his nationwide but I use list and the coaching because I need a jumpstart. Has anybody recently done anything with flip to freedom this year or last year?  Program currently with success?
